The Former Still House at Sarson's Vinegar Factory is a late 19th-century building, constructed after 1872. It is made of stock brick laid in Flemish bond and consists of two storeys. The first floor features two cambered metal casements with pivoting centres, and there is a hoist attached to this level. The ground floor has a cambered entrance.
