Description

This is a terrace of six houses, numbered 2 to 8, Royal Avenue, Chelsea. They were built in the early to mid-19th century. The houses are four storeys high with a basement. They are constructed of brick with stucco detailing. Each house has a front of two windows. The ground floor is stuccoed. A continuous iron balcony runs along the front of the first floor. The buildings are listed due to their contribution to the group value of Royal Avenue and their association with the Royal Hospital.
