Description
This is a house dating to around 1900, likely designed by Ashbee. It is constructed of red brick with roughcast rendering and has three storeys, a basement, and dormers, with a symmetrical front of four windows. The windows are square-headed casements with glazing bars. A hooded entrance is located on the left side, supported by consoles. Art Nouveau ironwork is incorporated into the area surrounds.
