Description

A mid-19th century terrace of houses designed by T Blore. Nos. 1-39 (odd) form one of two facing terraces and are built of yellow brick stucco. The architectural style features a Roman Doric attic and continuous cast iron balcony balustrades at first floor level, following the line of the porticoes. The central twelve bays (Nos. 15-25) are taller, with an attic storey topped by an open parapet, and pilasters rising through the upper floors.
