Description
This is a row of semi-detached houses numbered 23 to 34 Launceston Place, dating from around 1830. The houses are stuccoed and arranged over two storeys plus a basement. Each house has two windows, with a two-storey projecting porch accessed by steps. The first-floor windows are round-headed and arranged in pairs. The roofs are slate-covered with broad eaves supported by brackets. Number 23 is detached and features a two-storey bow window facing onto Kynance Place. Number 34 has been altered and is a single house within the terrace. Original iron garden and area railings are present.
