Description
Christ Church is a church built between 1850 and 1851, designed by Ferrey. It features a combination of rubble and ashlar stone with a slate roof. The church has an aisled layout, with a north-east tower topped by an ashlar broach spire, and it does not have a clerestory. The nave and aisles are covered by separate roofs and are designed in the Geometrical Gothic style. The nave consists of four bays, while the aisles are adorned with 2-light windows and short buttresses. The main entrance is located at the north porch, and there is a prominent five-light window at the east end. The interior has not been inspected.
