Description

A row of dwelling houses located at 83-93 Cornwall Gardens, built between 1863 and 1877. The design is likely by Thomas Cundy III, who served as surveyor for the estate. The houses are four storeys high, with an attic and basement. Each house has a facade three windows wide. The exterior is stuccoed, with channelled detailing to the ground floor. Ionic porches feature prominently. A continuous balustrade runs along the first floor, while consoled cornices adorn the first and second floor windows. Some central windows are topped with pediments. The third floor windows are segmental headed. A dentil cornice sits above the third floor, and area railings are present. These houses form part of the Cornwall Gardens layout.
