Description

This is a terrace of houses located in Elm Place, dating from the early 19th century. The terrace comprises numbers 1, 1A, 1B, and 2 to 9. The houses are constructed of brown brick with rusticated stucco to the ground floors and a blocking course. Numbers 1A and 1B slightly project forward. The door surrounds are of stucco with panel detailing. The terrace forms part of a larger, unified architectural scheme that also includes numbers 10-14 in Elm Place, Selwood Place, and numbers 122-132 on the Fulham Road.
