Description

This is a terrace of ten houses, numbered 1 to 13 (with number 13 also known as number 12A), built around 1820. The houses are constructed of brown brick, with some ground floor sections rendered in rusticated stucco. Most houses have a two-storey, two-window arrangement. Numbers 7 and 10 have slate mansard roofs. The door surrounds are stucco panels, and the windows are protected by cast iron guards featuring a palmette design. The terrace forms a group with number 18 Selwood Place.
