Description
This is a row of four houses, numbers 10 to 14, Elm Place, dating from the early 19th century. The houses are built of brown brick, with rusticated stucco to the ground floors and a prominent blocking course. The houses have two stories and originally three windows each. They have panelled stucco door surrounds. Numbers 10-14 form part of a larger, unified architectural scheme that also includes numbers 1, 1A, 1B, 2 to 9, Elm Place; numbers 122–132, Fulham Road; and Selwood Place.
