Description

Pillar box adjacent to Cornwall House, built in the 1860s, is a Penfold type made of cast iron. It is hexagonal in shape, featuring a moulded base and top, along with a horizontal slit for posting letters. The front displays the VR insignia and the Royal Coat of Arms. The top is adorned with a cornice that includes beading, moulded leaves, ribs, and an egg-shaped finial.
