Description

This is a row of dwelling houses, built between 1863 and 1877. They were likely designed by Thomas Cundy III, as part of the Cornwall Gardens layout. The houses are four storeys high, with an attic and basement, and each is three windows wide. They are constructed of stucco, with channelled detailing to the ground floor. Each house features an Ionic porch. A continuous balustrade runs above the ground floor, and the first floor has round-headed windows. Decorative cornices with consoles are present above the second-floor windows, and some of the central windows have pediments. The third floor has segmental windows, topped by a dentil cornice. Original area railings are still present.
