Description

Nos. 11 and 12 Wynnyatt Street are a pair of terraced houses dating from 1798 to 1800. No. 11 is constructed of yellow brick in a Flemish bond pattern, while No. 12 has been painted. The roof of No. 11 is hidden by a parapet, whereas No. 12 has a mansard roof covered in artificial slate. No. 11 is two storeys high, and No. 12 rises three storeys over a basement, with two windows visible in each. The entrance to each house features a cambered arch, a simple doorcase, and an overlight. The windows of No. 11 all have cambered arches, while the ground floor window of No. 12 is partially obscured; upper windows have flat arches. No. 11's parapet has been rebuilt, and a dormer window is present in the mansard roof of No. 12. There are stacks located on the party walls between the houses.
