Description
The forecourt wall to the Church and Vicarage of St Barnabas, located on the north side of Homerton High Street, is constructed of coursed rubble walls made from Kentish ragstone, topped with later concrete coping. The wall features square piers at intervals, which have ashlar quoins and pyramidal tops. In front of the church, there is a modern railing. The wall extends at a lower level along the eastern side of the churchyard. The Church and Vicarage of St Barnabas, along with their forecourt wall, are recognized as a cohesive group.
