Description

Mitre Court Buildings, Nos 1 and 2, located in the Inner Temple area, date from the early to mid-19th century. The buildings rise four storeys plus a basement and feature a plain classical design. The south elevation is constructed of Portland stone, showcasing a channelled ground storey and a cornice beneath the top floor. An arched passage runs through the centre of the building. The rear elevation is plain and made of yellow brick, complemented by railings and gates.
