Description

No 1 King's Bench Walk is a building originally constructed in the late 17th century, which was wholly or partly rebuilt after World War II. The front of the building has been restored to resemble its original appearance while retaining the old doorway. It stands five storeys tall, plus a basement, and features seven windows. The exterior is made of red brick and includes an eaves cornice beneath a tiled roof. The entrance is marked by a round-arched brick doorway flanked by pilasters and topped with a pediment. Additionally, there are area railings that incorporate a lamp arch.
