Description

The drinking fountain located at the south of Royal Exchange Buildings was presented in 1911 to commemorate the jubilee of the Metropolitan Drinking Fountain and Cattle Trough Association. It features an elaborate design made of polished pink granite and bronze. The fountain includes four semi-circular basins and a standing figure holding an urn, all under a classical canopy supported by four Ionic columns.
