Description
23, 24, and 25 South Grove are three terraced cottages built in the early 19th century. They feature a stucco exterior with pantile roofs, while the right-hand return of No. 23 is made of multicoloured stock brick. The cottages are single storey with basements, and at the rear, the basement serves as the ground floor for the former stabling of The Flask Public House on Highgate West Hill. Each cottage has two windows. Nos. 23 and 24 have segmental-arched entrances with panelled doors, while No. 25 has a round-arched entrance with a blocked fanlight and a panelled door, all accessed by steep steps. The windows are segmental arched recessed sashes. The interiors have not been inspected.
