Description

Batleys is a house dating from the 16th century or early 17th century. It has 1½ storeys and attics, featuring four windows. The structure is timber-framed and rendered, topped with a thatched roof that has a decorated ridge. There is a central 17th-century red brick chimney with a recessed panel indicating the date. The windows are modern casements, and the entrance includes a late 18th-century six-panelled door.
