Description

Pratt's Farmhouse is a 16th to 17th century timber-framed and plastered house that was renovated in the 20th century and partly restored. It has two storeys and attics. The house features 20th century casement windows with lattice leaded lights, along with some older windows, one of which has diamond mullions. The upper storey displays exposed timber-framing, while the ground storey at the west end includes brick nogging. There is a 20th century door designed in a Tudor style. The roof is tiled at the front and pantiled at the rear. Inside, the farmhouse retains exposed timber-framing.
