Description
Eagle House is an early 19th-century house located on Sackville Street in Newmarket. It is two storeys high and features three windows. The building is constructed of gault brick and has a slated roof with gable chimneys made of gault brick. The sash windows have flat arches made of gauged brick and small-pane sashes. The entrance door has four sunk and beaded panels, with pilasters that support an entablature, which is pierced by two small oblong fanlights. This house is included for its group value.
