Description

Shortlands is a cottage dating from the 18th century. It is 1½ storeys tall with attics and features two windows. The structure is timber-framed and has roughcast rendering. The roof is pantiled and has gable chimneys, along with monopitch casement dormers. The cottage has 20th-century casement windows, a panelled entrance door, and an open gabled porch. Notably, the principal framing members have been reused from an earlier house.
