Description

The Round House is a former lodge cottage to Rougham Hall, built around 1840. It stands two storeys high and has a circular shape topped with a conical roof. The exterior is constructed from random flint and features a slate roof with a central chimney stack that has a circular red brick shaft, which is moulded at both the cap and base. The building has wide eaves that overhang. There are cross windows on both storeys, each with arched heads and brick surrounds, although one upper window has been blocked. A small extension on one side now serves as the entryway.
