Description
Honey Pot Farm House is a house from the 17th century that was partly rebuilt and extended in the early 19th century. It features a timber frame that is plastered and has a brick casing, with a red brick addition, all of which is colourwashed. The roofs are covered with pantiles. Originally, the house consisted of two cells, likely following a lobby entry plan, and it is two storeys high. An additional two-storey and attic block was added at right angles to create a small L shape in the layout. This later block serves as the front range, which has a central entrance with a part-glazed door and flanking three-light small pane casements, all set back. There is an external stack with offsets at the right end. The earlier section at the rear left has a steeply pitched roof, with casements in the brick-cased outer face and a central ridge stack that raises the outer roof slope towards the front. There is also a lean-to outshut behind the early bay. The interior has not been inspected.
