Description

Sunny Side is a former farmhouse dating from the late 16th century to early 17th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and plastered exterior, topped with a roof of glazed black pantiles. The building has a three-cell layout with a lobby entry and stands two storeys high. It features mid 20th century standard casement windows with small panes and a mid 20th century standard semi-glazed door. The stack has an axial shaft. There is also a 1½-storey section, likely added later, against the rear (south) gable end. The interior has not been examined.
