Description
The garden wall and gate piers, built in 1903, are designed in the Jacobean style. Constructed from red brick, the wall features a brick diaper pattern and has a moulded brick plinth with stone coping. The south wall includes a pair of gate piers that are similarly decorated and support stone urns. The wall is enhanced by brick piers, which originally all had urns, but only one remains. The north east pier is adorned with a vase. At the inner north west angle, there is a raised platform topped with a pierced stone parapet on the main wall, accessible by steps from the garden. This structure is included for its group value.
