Description
The Huntingfield Arms is a public house dating from the late 18th century, featuring an L-shaped plan. It is constructed of colourwashed brick and has a roof made of glazed black pantiles. The building stands two storeys high with a symmetrical three-bay facade. This facade includes two-light and three-light mullion and transom casement windows, which are topped with flat brick arches. The entrance features a six-panel door, with the upper two panels being glazed, flanked by pilasters, and topped with a frieze and cornice. Above the doorway is a large, segmental-headed inn sign painted on boards, which depicts the coat of arms of the Huntingfield family. The building is finished with a wooden eaves modillion cornice and has a symmetrical three-bay right-hand return front.
