Description

Farend is a timber-framed and plastered house that features external elements from the 18th and 19th centuries, but it may have been refronted from an earlier timber frame. The building has two storeys and attics, with a range of four windows that contain casements with glazing bars. The doors are boarded, and the roof is tiled, featuring one central gabled dormer on the northeast front. On the southwest side, there are three external chimney stacks.
