Description

Willow Farmhouse is a 16th to 17th century timber-framed and plastered house located in Assington. It features a cross wing at the north-west end, which jetties out on the upper storey, while the ground storey showcases exposed timber-framing. The front of the house has 18th century windows arranged in a 1:2 window range, consisting of double-hung sashes with glazing bars. A modern gabled porch extends from the front. The roof is tiled and includes a prominent central chimney stack with four attached diagonal shafts on a rectangular base, as well as a diagonal shafted chimney stack on the cross wing.
