Manor Cottage is a 17th to 18th century timber-framed and plastered building with a thatched roof, located in Wattisham. It has one storey and attics, featuring small casement windows. The cottage has a modern gabled porch that is also thatched. There is a central chimney stack at the ridge, along with end stacks at both the east and west ends. The front of the cottage includes two dormers. The building has been renovated.
