Description

The Priory is a late 18th century house located on the site of a former priory, which features a remaining brick groin vaulted crypt. The front block of the house is constructed of painted brick and stands two storeys high. It has a three-window range with double-hung sashes that include glazing bars on the first storey, and 19th century canted bays on the ground storey. The central doorway is adorned with panelled reveals, fluted half columns, and a cornice. The roofs are covered with old tiles and include both a central and end chimney stack.
