Sunrise and Brickpath is a 17th to 18th century timber-framed and plastered building featuring a thatched roof that is hipped at both the north and south ends. The structure has one storey with attics and has been renovated, now including modern casement windows. It also has one gabled dormer on the front and a ridge chimney stack.
