Acre Piece is an 18th-century timber-framed and plastered cottage located on Nayland Road in Leavenheath. The cottage has one storey and attics, featuring a two-window range with 20th-century casements. There is a central doorway, and the roof is tiled with old tiles, designed in a mansard style that is half hipped at both the north and south ends, including two gabled dormers.
