Description

Bowling Green Farmhouse, formerly known as Poplars farmhouse, is a 17th-century timber-framed and plastered house featuring 18th-century windows. The building has two gabled wings that project from the east front at the north and south ends. It stands two storeys high with attics and has a three-window range, consisting of double-hung sashes with glazing bars arranged in a 1:1:1 pattern. There are also two original small high-level windows with diamond mullions. The roof is tiled and includes one gabled dormer in the central block.
