Description

The Old Rectory is a 16th to 17th century timber-framed and plastered building with a tiled roof that is hipped at the east end. It features a short gabled wing that projects from the north front and has two storeys. The windows are primarily double-hung sashes with glazing bars. A notable feature is the 6-panel door with a pedimented doorcase located in the gabled wing. The building has one ridge chimney stack with saw-tooth shafting and an older end stack at the west end.
