Description

Primrose Cottage is a 17th century timber-frame cottage that has been faced in painted brick during the 19th century. It features a steep black glazed pantile roof with gabled ends, and the west end gable is weatherboarded. There is a brick chimney stack located near the east end of the building. The cottage stands two storeys high and has two small 19th century two-light casement windows, along with a central boarded door. Additionally, there is a later lean-to structure on the east end.
