Description

Moulton Farmhouse is a 17th-century timber-frame house, originally plastered. It has a steep gable-ended roof now covered with modern tiles. A brick stack is located at the south end of the building. A later 17th-century addition was built onto the north end, featuring a lower roofline and a brick stack at the point where the two sections join. The farmhouse is two storeys high with two windows. Modern three-light casement windows are present, and a central glazed door provides access.
