Description

The Cottage is a late 17th century to early 18th century timber-frame house located on the north side of The Street in Brockdish. The building is plastered and features a steep black glazed pantile roof with gabled ends. It has two storeys and an attic, with an attic window in the end gable. The house consists of two bays and includes early 19th century three-light casement windows. The central entrance is framed by an early 19th century doorcase, which is adorned with reeded pilasters and a cornice supported by console brackets.
