This is a 17th-century timber-framed building located on the north-east side of The Street in Shelfanger. The building was heavily altered in the late 19th century. It has a gable-ended roof covered with black glazed pantiles that overhang the eaves. The exterior is plastered, with late 19th-century sash windows. A brick chimney stack is positioned slightly off-centre. Some original timber framing is visible on the interior.
