Description

Villa Farmhouse is an early 13th-century house that has been stuccoed. It features a steep black glazed pantile roof with gabled ends and stands two storeys tall. The facade has a 2:1:2 window arrangement, with sash windows that include glazing bars. The wide central doorway is framed by rusticated jambs and voussoirs, topped with a segmental arch and a cornice. Above the door is a wide segmental fanlight, and the door itself is a flush panelled design with pilastered side lights. There are brick stacks at each end of the house, and a long single storey plus attic wing extends from the rear.
