Description

Nos 3 and 4 Westgate are a pair of 18th-century cottages located on the north side of Westgate in Great Walsingham. No 4 is constructed of flint, while No 3 is faced with brick and both are colourwashed. They feature brick dentil eaves and have a pantile roof, with No 4 having a south hipped corner. The cottages are two storeys high and consist of three bays. They have modern two-light casements and a passageway at the center. Notably, No 4 has an earlier gable at the rear, which is likely the only remnant of a former wing.
