Description

The wall and gate piers of the garden, located southwest of The Normans, were built in the 18th century. The wall is made of red brick and stands mainly about 7 feet high. It features a curved section that sweeps down to a tall square pair of gate piers, which are topped with wooden ball finials. There are four piers in total, although one ball finial is missing.
