Description

Pages is a late 18th-century house located on the west side of The Street in Brinton. It is constructed of red brick and features a black glazed pantiled roof. The building has two storeys and consists of four bays. On the ground floor, there are three sash windows, while the first floor has four sash windows, all with glazing bars and set under flat rubbed brick arches. The entrance includes a part-glazed door, flanked by piers and topped with a pedimented canopy. A moulded brick eaves cornice adds detail to the roofline. The north side has a coped parapet with an end stack, while the south side features a stack on the ridge, marking the junction with a three-bay, two-storey wing that is slightly angled to the main house. This wing also has three sash windows with glazing bars on each floor. Pages forms a terrace with the adjacent Church House.
