Description

Barclays Bank is an early to mid-19th century building located on Tucker Street. It is constructed of yellow brick and features a hipped new pantile roof with overhanging eaves supported by paired brackets. The building has three storeys and three windows. The second-floor windows are sashes with glazing bars and louvred blinds, while the first-floor windows are sashes without glazing bars, each adorned with cornices on brackets. The ground floor showcases an early 20th-century ashlar bank front, which includes pilasters, an entablature, and moulded architraves around the sash windows.
