Description

The wall and gate piers along High Street, located immediately south-east of Nos 90 to 94 (even), date from the early 19th century and were originally the gateway to No 86 High Street. The structure features two gate piers made of buff brick, which are adorned with stone bands and caps. These piers are flanked by curved walls constructed from flint cobbles, topped with stone coping. The gateway itself has been blocked with a flint cobble wall.
