Description

Hollybank House and numbers 1-2, and 3 to 5 Standard Cottages form a group with The Normans, Well House, Standard House. The building dates to the early 17th century and is constructed of brick, with some areas limewashed and others stucco lined and painted. It is largely rectangular in plan, with two storeys and attics. The roof is tiled with pantiles.

Internally, Hollybank House features wide doors, one with two fielded panels, and a cupboard with shaped shelves and a half-dome. Number 3 includes a winding stair and two-panel bolection moulded doors.
