Description
Baron's Hall is an early 19th-century house situated on Norwich Road in Fakenham. The house is constructed of red brick with a hipped roof covered in black-glazed pantiles. It has a moulded eaves cornice and is arranged over two storeys with five windows across the front. The windows are sashes with glazing bars, set within flat brick arches. The central section of the building projects slightly. A central doorcase features fluted pilasters, an elliptical section, and an entablature above a rectangular fanlight with radial arched bars. The doorcase also has panelled reveals and a wide six-panel door. At each end of the house, a one-storey section is set back, each with a single round-headed sash window with glazing bars, a hipped black-glazed pantile roof, and an eaves cornice. The north end has an elliptical bay with French windows and a cornice, while the north side features a round-headed stair sash window.
