Description
The Fakenham Conservative Club is an 18th-century building that was originally constructed as a Congregational Chapel. It is made of red brick, which has been painted, except for the rusticated brick quoins, rubbed brick window arches, and the moulded brick eaves cornice. The building features a steep hipped roof covered with black-glazed pantiles and stands two storeys tall. There are three windows on the front, each with flat rubbed brick arches that include keyblocks; the central window on the first floor is round-headed, also with a keyblock and impost. The original windows have been replaced with modern top-opening-light types. Additionally, there is a modern central doorway that has a concrete drip above it.
