Description
Nos 20 and 22 Church Plain is a pair of buildings, likely from the early 18th century, that have been altered. They are two stories tall with an attic and are finished in stucco that is lined and painted. The buildings feature a brick toothed eaves band and a pantile roof. There are two casement dormers with glazing bars and two flush frame sash windows with glazing bars on the upper floor. The ground floor sash windows now have only central glazing bars. The entrance to No 20 has a four-panel door, while No 22 has a six-panel door. These buildings, along with Nos 4, 6, and 26, form a group.
