This 18th-century ancillary building, originally a barn, is located to the west of Ostrich House on Burnt Street. It is constructed of flint with red brick dressings and features a hipped pantile roof. There is a smaller adjoining outbuilding, and a length of walls surrounding the property stands about 6 feet high with rounded coping.
